I found that sending out a few hundred emails (100-200) every ten or so seconds works best.
While your in the config file don’t forget to enable usertracking. After enabling it in the config file, add “[USERTRACK]” to any email you send out (add it to your template so you don’t have to do it every time).This will track the number of hits each email you send our receieves, the % of emails opened/closed, what links were clicked on and more.
