ToodleDo – Task To-Do List
It’s almost second nature for a Freelancers to juggle multiple projects, multiple clients, and numerous other responsibilities (What ever happened to watering that plant?). Simple Post-it notes seem to do the trick. But seeing as how our life revolves around our work, and we work online, wouldn’t it make sense to have an online to-do list? Think ToodleDo.
ToodleDo is an online to do and check list.
You can upload and share files, create tags, set deadlines, add notes, time tracking, email reminders, built-in calendar, *takes deep breath* goals, priorities, history, and even more.
ToodleDo’s sign up is quick and simple. After sign up, you can immediately start creating your own to-do list and start sharing it with other freelancers or employees. Its slick Ajax edit-in-place feature allows you to edit task details, add notes, change priorities, and more, all without reloading the page.
ToodleDo is a great online to-do list for the ADD web addict.

Excellent!
I really struggle with time/task-management. For paid jobs I use Harvest (http://getharvest.com), which is a superb project management webapp with a widget for adding / managing tasks in the Sidebar or Dashboard (PC and Mac).
One thing I hadn’t found a good solution for was simple task management. Harvest seems overkill for that, and Outlook’s task management is a bit meh. ToodleDo seems pretty good.
Running ToodleDo as a standalone app using Google Chrome, liking it a lot so far. Still need to investigate the hooks into Google Calendar and Twitter etc.

This app is unbelievable – exactly what I’ve been looking for! What makes it even sweeter is that it can be synced with a lot of prominent web applications (twitter, Google Cal, etc.) I sent it to a few people at my company and some friends at other companies and it seems like everyone is having a great time with ToodleDo!

I like tadalist.com! I use it both together with clients (other developers), wish lists and for grocery checklists. It works perfect (except for one drag-and-drop bug.)

I like TaskR.com better actually. Give it a shot!

I think you mean http://taskrapp.com/
taskr.com is just a holding page.
Looks very similar to TadaList, although it lacks TadaList’s ability to group lists an share them with others. Separate lists is mentioned in the Lab section as being on Taskr’s to-do list, no mention of sharing yet.
However, neither of those have all the features of ToodleDo. Depends whether you need the extra stuff I guess; sometimes you just need something simple.
